When a car or truck is blocking your driveway and on a city street, you must first phone the police to ticket the vehicle before it can be towed away by us. If the vehicle is parked on the street, start by doing the following:

1) Report to the police that a vehicle is blocking your driveway.

2)   Give the police dispatcher the vehicle location, the make & model, the license plate #.

3) A policeman will arrive at your location to ticket the vehicle.

4) When the police have ticketed the vehicle, give us a call and we will send a tow truck as soon as possible. 

This is all done at no cost to you. The owner of the vehicle will be responsible to pay all towing fees in order to collect their vehicle.
